Tucker (formerly Django) is a calm, gentle, beautiful  boy who wants more than anything to know he’s safe and loved!  He was picked up as a stray and no one came  for him.  He’s about 7 years old and weighs 43 pounds.  Tucker loves people and is polite with other dogs. Cats are an unknown so far.  He enjoys walks and is wonderful on a leash. His manners are excellent – house trained, non demanding, quiet and appreciative of attention.  Tucker does fine when left alone in the home for a few hours.  He is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on heartworm and flea preventatives.  He’s uncertain about getting into a car, but is gaining confidence and rides well once he’s in.  He is also mildly uncomfortable with thunderstorms, but mostly just finds a safe corner – not noisy or destructive.
